Modern Silicone Technologies, Inc. (MSI), located in Clearwater, Florida, was established in 1994. Over the past decade we have been recognized as technology leaders in the field of liquid silicone rubber injection molding and liquid silicone rubber over-molding onto rigid substrates.

In 1994, we began in a modest 10,000 square foot facility with 15 employees, six liquid silicone rubber machines and a handful of customers.

In 1996, MSI partnered with GS Manufacturing, a specialist in liquid silicone rubber and high consistency rubber tool building. Our talented team of professionals knew that the key to growth was to focus on customer satisfaction while continuing to advance our technological capabilities. The vertical integration of tooling technology and reduced tooling lead times in conjunction with our molding expertise has provided MSI with the ability to carry our customers from design to production quickly and effectively.

In 1998, we carried out our first expansion into a 20,000 square foot facility, in line with our 5-year growth plan. We were conservative.

In 2004, we expanded for a second time. Our new 60,000 square foot facility houses over 25 thermoplastic, liquid silicone rubber and high consistency rubber injection molding machines accompanied by a full in-house tooling facility.
